The printer was packed very good for shipping. The shipping was in the expected time frame. It wasn't early, but the shipping company kept me updated with a short delay on their part. Used tracking number. Not at all disappointed. Good seller. Thanks

It was easy to setup, although I did have one question about it. I reached out to the seller and received an immediate answer that was very helpful. I also have a 1 year warranty with this refurbished printer. Thank you!
