Unfortunately, the cpu socket on the motherboard was damaged by the cpu cover coming loose during shipping. Seller was quick to respond with remediation options, but in the end I decided to try and fix the damage since shipping back and forth seemed wasteful for the value of the motherboard. Absolutely phenomenal service, and everything else about the device is as described. Great value for everything I got for the very device I'm typing this review on right now. Unfortunately, there was a bent and broken capacitor along the bottom. I was able to reach the seller right away, and they just as rapidly offered a replacement with priority shipping. In the end they even let me keep the damaged board. Nomad Tech Renew handled everything very professionally, and I would certainly recommend them.
