The packaging of this wonderful stained glass lamp was very thorough, bubble wrap and foam and packing peanuts and brown paper. However, it may not have been handled carefully in shipping, and it arrived with damage. The seller was incredibly responsive to my messages and submitted a claim with the shipper to get a refund. I would buy again from this seller, they made what could have been a difficult situation an easy one.
