I would suggest in future shipping to customers not to use the OEM box as a shipping container and put that box inside of another box to avoid damaged to an item or the loss of the item because of the torn or open box.

Well, upon receipt I received a “brand new” travel bag in a new Sonos box that was never opened! Highly recommended eBay seller!!!!
