It was shipped lighting fast (It was mailed on Monday from Rhode Island and arrived today Wednesday in Pennsylvania 2 days later!!!) and wrapped securely. A great seller who answered questions quickly and concisely. The Strumtiger is incredible and better than described. I got a lot of model for the money. It was truly a great value. He was very good about it and had great communication the whole time. He easily and quickly refunded me leaving my only real disappointment that I would not be able to complete my model. Today, after a month missing my order showed up and it is exactly as described and expected.
