They've always worked with me to get the best value for my purchases. The items are exactly as described. All my items have been shipped within the mentioned shipping window. It's frustrating when buyers fault the seller for delayed deliveries. That's usually USPS/UPS/FedEx's fault. The seller doesn't deserve a negative feedback for delivery issues.
