If you think the item has shipping damage, you should contact us as soon as you receive the product and provide evidence of damage to the inside and outside packaging, rather than telling us about shipping damage after more than 40 days of use, DHL not accept any investigation application for your package, hope you can understanding.

Great communication and graphics card was packaged very very well for the journey to me.
