Rugs should always be delivered only folded once to preserve shape and should never rolled tightly and vacuumed packaged which causes deformation of the rug. I will buy again soon.

On advising the seller, they immediately checked and then advised they had forwarded a (48 hour delivery) replacement. It too disappeared. On advising the seller he provided a prompt and full repayment of the purchase cost.
