I contacted the seller, and they told me they would accept the return at no cost to me and refund the item when they received it back. I put in for the return and they were charging me for the label. I reached out to the seller with no replies. I wasn't sure how to enlist Ebay help and so I canceled the return and now there isn't anything that can be done unless the seller responds. Initially said they needed 4 tile but only bought 2. I think they expected me to send them two FREE replacement tiles (2+2=4) based on their mold smell complaint. They messed up the return by saying they changed their mind. They never contacted me about a label or to ask what happened. The tile was never returned. I was not required to refund their payment, but ebay refunded them. Please check out my other SELLER FEEDBACK.
