The price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, despite the fact that everything was very well wrapped and packaged with care, the Gravy Boat arrived with a broken handle. The seller went above and beyond my expectations when they responded to my message within seconds and immediately provided a refund. I highly recommend this seller and I will definitely make another purchase.

My package actually came early. The delivery person was not gentle and the package was clearly marked fragile. I thought that I was going to end up with a few broken pieces of antique china. I got home today and opened the package. It was perfect. Each piece was intact and pristine. This pattern is not easy to find, and it is just beautiful. Thanks so much!
