I purchased and got confirmation that it was shipped . When it arrived when I picked up the box it rattled and I thought no way but it was in pieces and I contacted the seller . Matt had me take pictures and he started the refund process . A total and complete refund was given to me after one extra phone call to Matt . I was bummed the sink was broken but all is OKKohler - Kelston 20-1/2" Rectangular Undermount Bathroom Sink, White (K-2382-0) (#376407650891)
