Messaged this seller a few times regarding the importance of delivery ASAP & was promised that it would arrive a week earlier. I messaged again due to the delay a few times and received no response. They finally replied after delivery & said staff were on holiday during the week. We did not make any promises that it will be delivered earlier, we endeavoured to chase even though it was not late anyway. There was a mix up at the factory with the item. But it is not appropriate to maliciously leave defamatory comments and criticism without have the seller resolve the matter.
