She was very gracious throughout the entire sale. The doll was well packaged. The shipping was free, so that was definitely a great deal. All in all, a great experience. It was exciting to unwrap and discover the same pot I had before but in apparently brand new condition-- better than described. The seller included a personal note which was appreciated as well. Phenomenal value compared to other offerings. Thanks so much.
