Their NEW 12th Gen device has 4 GB ram but it is STILL 12th Gen. This seller explained that and the tablet arrived in pristine (BRAND NEW) in the box condition. Even though I am disappointed with the decision I made to buy it, the seller did sell EXACTLY what they said on the page. I will try to make better decisions in the future but I would definitely buy from this seller.
