After a few uses, I noticed that once the tape was applied to a box that the adhesive side would slowly lift from the surface of the box. I returned the remaining rolls and was issued a refund. Return process was simple!

A couple of the reinforced mailer envelopes were damaged during shipment since they were vacuumed sealed in plastic with no extra protection around them & I informed them no need for a refund as only 2 of the 50 got damaged. I suggested they pack something around the mailers before vacuum sealing them.
