Unfortunately, it took almost a month for them to determine that they couldn’t fulfill my order. They offered to send it in another color, but that wasn’t what I wanted or needed so I had to pass. They were proactive, they did notify me and ultimately they provided a full refund.

No only are they very creative, but good prices and the BEST customer service, which is what matters the most to me. No-one is perfect, but when there was an issue to deal with, seller worked with me, eBay and the carrier to investigate. And in the end the seller refunded me.
