    This was a preorder item, but the seller was very communicative in providing updates when asked. The doll is different than pictured, but this is because the design received an update from the manufacturer. The seller was prompt in sending me a picture of the updated product and offered a refund if it was not to my liking. Needless to say, i’m VERY happy and would love to buy from the seller again.
