The only shame is that the tip of the whip that holds the cracker was broken out of the box, and I didn't realize until the cracker itself went flying and is now gone. Thankfully there are two spares included, but still sad that the whip tip is broken. I managed to fix it, and am now praying it'll hold up with use over time.

But I want everybody to know why. The product that came was actually excellent, but it was not the correct flogger. This seller sells a lot of products, and all of them are excellent, and this one was just miss packaged. But the seller did everything exactly to make sure that I got the correct product, and offered me a refund, and there was no issue whatsoever.
