It was not her fault at all. She quickly shipped it upon payment. I blame the post office, 100 percent… Seller was in constant contact, working hard to figure out why it took so long and tried to fix it for me. I finally got it today, and item was exactly as described. I would definitely buy from her again. I asked for photos to see how the item looked. She said her husband threw them in the burn pile the night before... I understand oversights happen, but I'm disappointed that they took it upon themselves to dispose of the item before speaking to me. You should always allow your buyer to decide what they want to do with the order they paid for.
