I ran a self-test and got error codes 612, 613, 615, 617, 618, 619, and 621. I messaged the seller, and they told me about a few components that could've failed, but turns out it wasn't any of those. After a bit of troubleshooting, I found that inductor L102 was cracked and after replacing it, the meter functions perfectly.

I had trouble with customs and the seller was really helpful and responded fast. The unit i received was in better shape than the pictures, unfortunately the packing was insufficient and arrived with multiple damages, but it didn't affected the working condition, however after i sent some pictures of the damages to the seller he immediately suggested by himself a partial refund for repair the instrument! Nice! Overall recommended!
