Buyer requested a cheaper price, we granted it. Listing stated 10 day handling, and USPS had a delay. Buyer never asked for the items by Thanksgiving when purchased, only day before Thanksgiving in a nasty message. We sent photos of the delay from USPS which is not in our control.
