Seller mailed earrings in a cardboard envelope but had no tracking. Because of this I (and the seller) had no idea where the envelope was when it didn't arrive in a reasonable time. I messaged seller that I would wait until 12/26/24 to file a claim, which I did. Seller issued a refund on 12/31/24.
