The sellers are very understanding, my first shipment was 1 week late and had no updates to the shipping so I messaged them about it and they said they were sorry and sent a second package which came. After 2 weeks contacted seller on Monday, 4/28 and by Wednesday 4/30 the replacement was on my doorstep, thanks to seller and FedEx. The communication with seller, and quick resolution of the shipping problem went above and beyond my expectation. The shipping time gets a 5 star because of a delay that was no fault of the seller, and extremely quick resolution of problem. This seller gets an A+++ 5 star rating. Thank you!
