Took a bit to ship understandably, but once I got the shipping notification, it arrived about four days earlier than initially expected. I don't believe I was even charged any import fees to the US which is nice.

Mine even included with a USB charger cable, which was nice, wasn't expecting it. As the listing says, this is a "new" Nintendo 3DS LL, so it plays 3DS games and DS games, and even in pixel-perfect mode for DS games, it still has bigger displays than my DS Lite. I've been having a lot of fun with it, well worth the purchase.

However, what makes up for that was the customer service I received. I was offered either a partial refund or a full refund if I returned the device, and we agreed on a higher partial refund as that refund would cover for a replacement screen. It's unfortunate that this happened on my first transaction with them, but I definitely will buy from them again in the future!

Communication is good, usually responded within 24 hours. Shipping is something though, took the full 10 days for them to ship and was messaged from seller that it was to ensure the quality was good - which it was. However, once the item shipped, it only took a couple of days for item to arrive! Good seller, would absolutely buy from again!!
