But I want everybody to know why. The product that came was actually excellent, but it was not the correct flogger. This seller sells a lot of products, and all of them are excellent, and this one was just miss packaged. But the seller did everything exactly to make sure that I got the correct product, and offered me a refund, and there was no issue whatsoever. Shipping was fast and seller communication was prompt and concise. There was a mistake where a wrong item was sent out of the 4 items that were ordered, but the seller was extremely quick to remedy the mix up, in a way that was above and beyond! I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again in the future. Great seller to deal with. Thanks again!
