Toddler is supposed to fit up to 39,” but my toddler is 36” and he was too tall for it. The legs fasted with Velcro strips for diaper changes and every time he would move, the strips would pop open. He also couldn’t handle the felt fabric, but he’s autistic with sensory issues and that likely wouldn’t bother most kids. Bummer that I can’t exchange it, but we’re going to give it to a younger cousin
