Without evidence, such as videos of unpacking, it's challenging to determine its origin. Because when it was wrapped, it was clean, to be honest. However, I’m glad I did. The seats arrived within one week of purchase. They were properly packaged and in excellent  condition. They far exceeded my expectations.  I did have to pay duties on the seats prior to customs releasing them.
