    Only received 3 out of a 4 part order, they shipped another out quickly. OEM packaging was bad though, was missing bolts from half the covers

    All caps are shipped with bubble wrap from the factory and all mounting hardware is in a plastic ziplock style bag taped to the backside of the cap. Our count was correct.
