I keep these in an open box so its possible for a little dust to be on them but they have never been bolted to an engine. Buyer just wanted something for free just like Amazon. My walk with Jesus is too important for me to lie for a few dollars. Learn the definition of new old stock as listed in auction. I still offer total refund if item is sent back. I have have no access to used parts so that point is mute.
