On the plus side the seller was helpful after the sale, messaged and called to work out what the problem was. I suggested a note on the listing to say only works with original rechargable batteries, would have helped. Item now works as it should, but at an extra cost that we were not expecitng

I bought the device used, but it looks like brand new. It only has a scratch on the top of the casing. The price is very attractive. I am very happy with the purchase.
