The package was stalled after USPS received it and no shipping updates during that time. The seller began preparing another ring to be shipped. The original ring finally did arrive. I contacted the seller to advise that I had received it and the replacement would not be needed. The seller communicated well and went above and beyond to make it right even though it wasn't their fault.
