Frames were poor quality for the price, more like something from the pound shop.

When it seemed this wouldn’t arrive either, contact with the company confirmed it was in transit, but they had already kindly refunded. I offered to let them pick the item up once delivered (when we were out) but they were happy to leave things as they were. The item is good for purpose and was robustly packaged.
