The material is very thick it comes with a nice wide velcro strap that is strong. It appears that the lacing on the handle is hand done. It fit like a glove and is quite stationary. It doesn't move. Skill and craftsmanship made this possible. I'm very pleased . The only negative thing is it it's orange. I thought it was red from the magazine picture . Oh well!
