Because of my interest in the dress, the seller offered the dress at a reduced rate and it arrived today with a thank you note attached. The dress is lovely and the stain is not noticeable at all. The seller claimed the clasp didn’t function but also said the bag closes “perfectly” in their own words. The clear implication is that the clasp is decorative-couldn’t close “perfectly” otherwise. The clasp was BROKEN & flopped around uselessly-not closing. Instead of being honest, the seller evaded the issue with vague language. We never gave the buyer a hard time and were never trying to be deceptive! As the buyer stated in her own words, “the seller stated that the clasp did not function”.
