This 100% replaced everything from the plate, lift and 5 point base/ wheels. It took me less than five minutes to repair and replace. I am going to buy another one to fix a chair at work too. It is a shame to spend a ton for a chair and the structures let you down with broken welds, etc. The seller also shipped the item that day and it arrived in about 4 days from the date of order.

They don’t respond to my messages. I’m reporting them to eBay. They say they accept refunds but charge a 10% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back!! What? They deceive and we have to pay!! Stay away! Worst transaction. (See photos)

I had bought the 2 yr protection as well. I figured I would be out the return shipping ($30+) and the protection plan. Nope! I was refunded by Allstate and the seller paid for the return shipping, I guess because the item wasn't as described.
