We sent out this product missing some of the magazines without realizing. When the buyer saw this, he opened up a return which we immediately accepted. It seems they were having technical issues, and couldn't see anything about us accepting this return or subsequent messages. Thus, negative feedback. We eventually resolved the issue to his liking, but he was unable to figure out how to remove the feedback even with our help.
