    I bought an item from this seller and they sent a completely different screen to what I ordered contacted the seller asking for the correct screen to be sent and they kept avoiding it and instead sent me a message telling me if I left a good review they would then refund me. So now I'm stuck without the screen I ordered and also the seller basically telling me they will refund if they get a good review. I don't feel comfortable leaving a good review and then people have the same problem.

    It's a low-quality product that doesn't fit the OnePlus 13R device. I spent a lot of money on the product and shipment, waited more than a month for it to arrive, and eventually, I couldn't use it, and my phone is not protected. The seller asked me to spend more money on the shipment to send it back to him. What audacity! (Why should I pay for his mistake?!?!) It's the worst customer service I have ever received from the seller, as well as from eBay representatives. Stay away from the seller!!!!
