Minor issue with corner screw hole on CPU fan assembly, about 2mm off spec so can't replace that screw, however section is a tight fit and has original tape also holding it. All screw holes matched on GPU fan assembly.

Little trouble with local post office delivering part saying it was left on front door step and it wasn't there. Pretty sure they either left it on truck or delivered to neighbor by mistake. Part showed up about a day and a half later though. So all worked out. Not seller's fault.
