They gave me multiple solutions to chose from and I decided to keep the 1000. Mistakes happen and I love the vita I have so everything worked out.

The psp which I ordered came in a normal condition, the box was just a bit messy other than that the quality was just like in the images, and the value is okay as well. The appearance was also okay just like in the image. Overall nothing bad.
