The shaft screws apart when mopping, the plastic is flimsy & the clasp that links the pole to the head scratches the floor. Going in the bin unfortunately apart from the mop heads. Sellers communication was quick but insulting.... suggesting the pole wasn't assembled properly.... ridiculous 😬 waste, should have bought a spin mop.😑
