I filled it with 2 layers of a 4" memory foam mattress topper cut to the size of the bed. This is my second one to purchase from this seller. My dog is an aggressive chewer, and beds usually only last a few hours to maybe a week or two, but it took him 6 months to finally tear open the zipper on this one. Very happy with this purchase!
