The condition of the box was perfect, it arrived without any damage and the item was also undamaged in the shipping. Very worth the price, I actually want to buy another as I am trying to open a museum space and display items and this would work great as a part of that. This company communicated with me extremely well in every aspect of the delivery. The post office (not this company) damaged my poster. When I mentioned this to this company they replaced it for me and were incredibly courteous with me. I will definitely purchase from them again. A second poster was sent and seems to have been lost in the USPS system after a week. Seller replies with AI generated text about their shipping policies and not willing to fix their process or deliver the product promised on time. They haven’t replied to my request for payment refund. These facts should warn everyone not to do business with this seller.
