It was not. I found it for cheaper elsewhere. I messaged seller and at first, they offered to work with me. Once I mentioned how much and where, they declined the offer and instead, offered a refund. Even though item was not purchased by me, A++++ service was given. I will definitely be doing business with seller again in the future.
