The price was right at market value, and communication with the seller was prompt, clear, and very helpful throughout the process. This really made me feel confident about my purchase. The item arrived well-packaged and protected (layers of bubble wrap, sturdy cardboard, and DHL Express delivery), showing the seller’s care and professionalism.

Communications were smooth aside from the occasional language barrier. Packaging was excellent with no sign of visible damage. My main issue in the process was the delayed shipping. I believe it was due to the complications of shipping with my Bachi ordered separately. We had two delivery dates but both only arrived on the later date and wasn't explained to well. Will be conducting future business!
