When the package arrived it went from my front door to my pantry table, where I opened it. The pullover was filthy with hairs & crumbs. I contacted the seller and sent her pictures of the pullover. I never asked her for a refund and just wanted to make her aware this was not new. She DENIED that it was the shirt she sent me. She obviously has a problem with the truth. I have pictures to back up my claims.
