Very prompt and super kind and understanding. Even sent me links to finding replacement tiles. They even offered to refund me the full amount plus shipping if I wanted to return the game. Overall experience was pleasant and stress free.

These are definitely nice filters. Each pack of 3 comes with a paper that outlines the NIOSH certification they have associated with them.
