My item was as described, it arrived on time, it was undamaged and communication was excellent. I asked the seller to wrap my item up in some bubble wrap and ship it in a box. I was told that they don't ship (dvds at least) in boxes. I then asked if they would add a couple pieces of cardboard (inside the envelope) which was done for me. I will say that one of the books is unfortunately fake. But they probabaly didn't know and I'll just gift it to someone or something.
