This is no way the sellers fault and as soon as I reached out the seller asked for pictures which I sent and they were extremely apologetic. Like I said this was not in any way thier fault. They gave me several options to rectify the shipping issue. Extremely satisfied and would absolutely buy from this seller again. Seems they insure the shipping which is great!
