They held my package for no reason for 2 days, which delayed the arrival of the slide and we didn’t have it for the birthday party that we ordered it for. The item shipped quickly and arrived within a few days as advertised. The box it was packaged in was not the prettiest, but that was indicated in the listing, so I didn't mind. The product itself was undamaged and spotless. Fantastic product, just as described. I immediately used it for dinner upon receiving it, and I am very happy overall with my experience and purchase.
