Written by one of the leading scholars in the field, this book provides a detailed account of Irish cinema in the twenty-first century. It covers new areas in Irish film production such as the creative documentary, animation and horror, and revisits key themes including the representation of history, post-Troubles cinema and Northern Ireland, rural representations and the cinema of the city. The book is informed by theories of globalisation, the transnational, cultural trauma and spatiality.     The item came as described was packaged pretty good book was in good shape, just as the description described. I tried to contact seller twice and never got a response other then that the transaction went pretty good if seller tried harder to answer questions i would have given a 5 star review but because i had trouble getting in contact with him, and still haven’t heard from them and book is already delivered ill leave a 4 star review i would recommend this seller
